摘要
建立了一套基于视觉的 TIG焊正面熔池图像传感系统。该系统利用设计的窄带复合滤光系统 ,配合特殊采样时序 ,较好地克服了电弧光的干扰问题 ,利用 CCD传感器从熔池的正面采集到了清晰的熔池图像 。
A kind of image sense system of TIG welding molten pool was established based on the vision. This system uses the designed thin compound light filter system, assorts special sample scheduling, and solves the problem of electric arc disturb effectively. It also utilizes the clear image gotten by CCD sensor from the molten pool, and paves the way for the welding quality control.
