摘要
从仿真计算与实验两方面对感应电机转子绕组故障进行研究。首先分析断条数量对电机的影响:讨论了转子断条故障后转子各导条电流以及各段端环电流分布及变化情况,转子断条数量与定子电流中转子绕组故障特征量的关系。转子断条位置对电机影响很大,过去没有引起人们的重视,该文对此进行深入研究,分析电机转子断条位置与故障特征量之间的关系,转子断条位置与转子导条电流、转子端环电流之间的关系,并总结出其规律,指出哪些位置导条进一步断裂的可能性较大。该文还揭示了过去人们试图把故障特征量的大小作为电机转子断条根数多少的判据的局限性,提出了把断条引起电机的不对称性作为电机转子绕组故障程度判据的新的理论。
Rotor winding fault of induction motor was studied from two aspects: simulating calculations and experiments. The number of broken-bar and its effect were firstly analyzed. Detailed discussion about distribution and changes of the current in every rotor bar and end ring, the relationship between the number of broken-bar and fault features in stator current after broken bar fault appearing was shown. It was not noticed that the position of broken bars had great effect on motor performance in the past years. The position of induction motor rotor broken-bar and its effects were studied in this paper. The relationships among the broken-bars position, fault feature in stator current, current in rotor bars, and current in end ring were analyzed, and rules were shown. This paper revealed the limitation that fault feature's magnitude in stator current is the criterion in determining the broken-bar's quantity, and presented a novel theory that motor asymmetry is a new criterion in determining the degree of motor fault.
