摘要
介绍了新型电缆绕组高压电机并分析了绕组电缆的结构及特性,为解决绕组电缆外半导电层局部温升过高的问题,首先利用ANSYS软件仿真分析外半导电层的电场和磁场耦合场,确定了温升与接地电流的关系,然后采用PowerSim软件研究了外半导电层电阻对系统的影响。研究表明,外半导电层的电阻、接地电阻分布是决定其温升的关键因素。最后综合其它条件给出了外半导电层的合理电阻范围。
The new kind of high voltage motor and the characteristics of the winding cable are presented in this paper. In order to solve the temperature rising problem of the outer semi-conductive layer, the ANSYS FEA software is used to analyze the electric field and the temperature field of the outer Semi-conductive layer. And the relationship between the temperature rising and the grounding current in the outer semi-conductive layer is analyzed, By using the electric simulation software Power Sim, the effect of the resistance of the outer semi-conductive layer on system is calculated. It shows that the grounding condition and the resistance. of the outer semi-conductive layer are the key factors: Based on, the compuier calculation and simulation, the suitable resistance range of the outer semi-conductive layer is given.
