摘要
本试验以葡萄带腋芽的幼嫩茎段为外植体,研究几种因素对葡萄无菌苗体系建立的影响,并探讨了不同品种的最佳消毒方法。实验表明,欧亚种成活率、萌芽率均高于欧美杂种,且欧亚种的最佳消毒方法为:70%酒精10s+0.1%升汞4～6min+含0.05%吐温的2%次氯酸钠6～10min。
With the tender stem-segments with auxiliary buds as the explant, several factors affecting the establishment ofaseptic seedling system were studied. And the optimal disinfection ways for different varieties were also discussed in this paper.The results show that the living rates and the budding rates of V. vinifera were all higher than the hybrid varieties of V. viniferaand V. labrusca. In addition, the optimal disinfection way for V. vinifera was: 70% C2H5OH 10s; 0.1%HgCl2 4～6min; 2%NaClOcontaining 0.05%T.W 6～10min.
