双液相溶剂并流浸出油菜籽的模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 为简化双液相溶剂浸出油菜籽工艺流程 ,把原流程对油菜籽中油和硫甙的两步浸出合而为一 ,并用串级实验对简化流程进行了验证。结果表明 ,用并流的双液相溶剂一步从油菜籽中同时提取油和硫甙是可行的 ,可大大简化流程。在温度 4 0~ 5 0℃ ,4级浸出 ,己烷相溶剂比 2 (L/kg) ,甲醇相溶剂比 5 (L/kg) ,甲醇相水含量 10 % (V % )的条件下 ,菜粕中残油和硫甙可分别降到 1%和 30μmol/g以下。本实验结果为双液相工艺中试提供了依据。 In order to simplify the extraction process for Chinese rapeseed with a two-phase solvent system,consisting of methanol containing 10% (V%) water and a small amount of additive as the polar phase and commercial hexane as the non-polar phase, a simplified process was proposed by uniting two step processings, separately for the leaching of oil and glucosinolates, into one.To verify the feasibility of the idea, cascade experiments were carried out.The results showed that it was feasible to leach oil and remove glucosinolates simultaneously from Chinese rapeseed within a leaching apparatus.Residual oil and glucosinolates in meal could be reduced below 1% and 30 μmol/g,respectively,under following conditions:leaching temperature 40~50℃,4 ideal stages, ratio of hexane to rapeseed being 2 (L/kg), ratio of methanol to rapeseed being 5 (L/kg),and water content in methanol phase being 10%(V%).The results of this work could be used for the scaling up of the technique.
