摘要
采用甲醇-正己烷和乙醇-正己烷两种双液相溶剂浸出棉仁,比较两种双液相溶剂浸出棉仁时醇相中游离棉酚含量和稳定性,残渣中游离棉酚含量及提油量。结果表明:甲醇-正己烷和乙醇-正己烷溶剂浸出最佳温度分别为40℃和30℃;二者在溶剂比为3∶2时醇相中游离棉酚含量最高,溶剂比为2∶3时提油量最大;棉酚在甲醇相中的稳定性比乙醇相中好。
Two-phase solvent of methanol-hexane and ethanol-hexane was used to extract cottonseed kernel,and the content and stability of free gossypol in alcohol phase,free gossypol content in residual and the extracted oil mass were compared.The results showed that the optimal extraction temperature was 40℃ and 30℃ respectively in the methanol-hexane and ethanol-hexane solvent extraction.The free gossypol content in alcohol and methanol phase reached their maximum value at solvent ratio of 3∶2,and the extracted oil mass reached their maximum value at solvent ratio of 2∶3.The stability of gossypol in methanol phase was higher than that in ethanol phase.
