摘要
采用VisualBasic6.0语言和面向对象的编程思想,开发了液压蓄能器及其回路CAD软件.系统主要由蓄能器选择及计算模块、蓄能器回路生成模块和蓄能器回路动态特性分析模块构成,可根据用户的输入,从蓄能器产品数据库中选择出合适的蓄能器,以图表的形式给出结果,并对不合理参数予以报警.利用Auto CAD建立了液压元件符号库和基本回路库,用户既可修改已有的回路,也可根据需要调用元件符号库中的元件生成自己的回路.用Matlab建立了典型回路的数学模型,用户可通过选择回路模型,输入参数,选择模拟方法,实现对蓄能器回路的动态特性分析,并给出可视化的结果.
On the basis of collecting materials about accumulators, the software of hydraulic accumulator CAD is programmed by Visual Basic 6.0 and OOP(objectoriented programming). The software includes the module of accumulator selection and calculation, the module of accumulator circuit, the module of analysis of dynamic characteristics for accumulator circuit. According to the input of users, the module of accumulator selection and calculation can get right accumulator from database and the result is displayed by chart. Furthermore, the program gives warning to illogical parameters. It establishes the library of component symbol and basic accumulator circuit with AutoCAD. Users can mend an available circuit and also create a new circuit. The module of analysis of dynamic characteristics for accumulator circuit presents mathematical models of typical circuits with Matlab. Users gets visible result of simulation by selecting the model, inputting parameters and selecting the methods of simulation.
