摘要
基于虚拟仪器的蓄能器性能测试系统是为测试蓄能器的动态特性及其优化使用而设计,利用虚拟仪器的优势,通过一些辅助方法,可较准确地得出各规格蓄能器的动态曲线,同时可模拟应用系统,优化蓄能器的充氮压力值。本文介绍了系统原理、系统硬件设计、系统软件设计及实际应用情况。
Test system of accumulator performance based on virtual instrument was designed for testing the dynamic charactenstic of accumulator and the optimized use. By using the superiority of the virtual instrument in test and some auxiliary methods, the dynamic curve of the various specifications accumulator was obtained, the application system was simulated, pressure value on accumulator charge-nitrogen was optimized. System principle, system hardware design, system software design and application were introduced.
