摘要
对2002年陕南“6．8”特大暴雨洪水的分析研究目的在于尽最大努力减少洪水灾害所造成的经济损失，争取防汛指挥的主动性，使洪水预报这一非工程措施产生巨大的社会效益。
A few enlightenments are gained by analyzing and studing from the '6.8' extreme rainstorm in Shan'nan in this paper. The purpose is reduce economic lose during a large flood and try to gain the initiative for floodcontrol headquarters, which will make floodforecast produce huge social benefits.
