摘要
适应新世纪发展需要的创造型人才必须具有创新和献身精神 ,必须具备获取知识、提出问题、解决问题、开拓创新、组织协调和语言表达等能力。现代高等教育正在朝国际化、大众化、社会化、终身化、个性化和法制化的方向发展 ,这就要求我们的高等教育适应新形势的需要 ,加快改革步伐 ,培养高素质的创造型人才。
In the new century creative personnel should have the spirit of innovation and devotion . And they should have the ability to obtain the knowledge, to put forward some questions and solve them, to develop and innovate, to organize and coordinate and to express themselves well. At the same time modem higher education is developing rapidly and it should be adapted to the current new situation and accelerate or deepen the reform to train highly qualified creative people.
