摘要
山西经济落后的症结在于畸形的产业结构。要改变这种状况 ,必须推进市场化改革 ,制定正确的经济发展战略 ,依靠科技进步促进产业结构的优化升级 。
The economy of Shanxi Province has lagged far behind ot her provinces,which lies in the unbalanced industrical structures.In order to so lve the problems,measures should be taken to promote the reform of market econom y,strategies should be made for the development and industrial structures should be optimized and upgraded depending on the advance of science and technology so that the growth of the local economy will be stimulated.
