摘要
因资源而兴的城市,也有可能因资源枯竭而亡,如何转型成为资源型城市必须面对的难题。以山西为例,介绍了山西如何破解文化发展难题、策划重大文化项目、创新文化体制机制、形成特色文化产业格局等方面的实践,总结了山西文化产业面临的诸多瓶颈,提出了文化产业功能区布局优化思路,最后提出文化产业主导的文化转型完全可以成为资源型省市转型升级的抓手,"差异化的区域文化产业发展战略"是关键。
Cities emerge due to resources are likely to expire because of resource exhaustion, and thus how to realize transformation becomes a difficulty facing resource- rich cities. With Shanxi as an example, how the province solves the problem of cultural development, plans significant cultural projects, makes innovations in the cultural system ＆ mechanism and forms a characteristic culture industrial pattern are introduced, various bottlenecks facing the culture industry of Shanxi Province are summarized and the optimization thinking about the layout of the culture industry＇ s functional zone is proposed. Finally, it is proposed that the culture industry- oriented cultural transformation is completely capable of becoming the opportunity for resource-rich province and city to realize transformation and upgrade. ＂Differential regional culture industry development strategy＂ is the key.
