摘要
大型精密仪器是高等院校教学、科研及技术开发的重要硬件元素。该文从剖析现行大型精密仪器室的运行和管理模式与现代教育要求的差距入手,对新时期高等院校大型精密仪器室进行了重新定位,提出了建立与重新定位相适应的新的良性运行机制和实现这种良性运行机制的具体措施。
Large complex and fine instruments are the vital hardware elements for the teaching and scientific research in a university. Based on analyzing the reasons for the gap between the requirements for the modern education and the operational and management mode of the current instruments, a new operational mode and ideas for the redefined functions of the instruments as well as the measures for fulfilling the new mode were proposed.
