摘要
介绍了该校在实验室设置、管理及改革等方面的经验 ,提出了加强科学管理、理顺管理体制、更新管理方法。
This paper introduced Yantai Normal University's experiences in reformation, construction and administration of laboratories and presented a series of measures to strengthen scientific management, to adjust adminstration system, to renew management methods, and to raise comprehensive utilization and proficiency of laboratories.
