摘要
目的 探讨硅油填充术后前房硅油的发生原因。方法 对 5 5例 (5 7只眼 )行硅油填充术的病例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 术后 1～ 18个月随访发现 13只眼前房硅油。其中 8只眼为无晶状体眼 ,3只有晶状体眼者悬韧带断裂 ,2只眼为人工晶状体眼。结论 无晶状体眼和有晶状体眼晶状体悬韧带断裂为前房硅油的主要原因。
Objective To study the main cause of the anterior chamber oil injection.Methods A retrospective analysis of intravitreal silicone oil injection was carried out on 57 eyes.Results 13 eyes of 57 eyes mainifested anterior chamber filled with silicone oil between 1and 18 months postoperation,in which 8 eyes were aphakic,3 eyes were breaked nonules,2 eyes with intraocular lens.Conclusion Aphakic and breaked nonules were the main cause that silicone oil entered into anterior chamber.
