摘要
总结前房硅油排出术治疗有晶体眼硅油入前房继发青光眼的临床效果。方法 :对 6例玻璃体切除、硅油填充术后有晶体眼硅油入前房者 ,行 1 2点位角膜缘穿刺注入 Healon、 6点位角膜缘切开排除硅油。悬韧带断裂超过 2点钟者同时行 6点位虹膜周边切除术。结果 :6眼术后眼压控制正常、硅油在位、视网膜在位。除 1例角膜轻度混浊外无其他并发症。结论 :采用 Healon注入硅油排出虹膜周边切除术治疗有晶体眼硅油入前房继发青光眼较其他方法创伤小、费用低。
Analyse the clinical results in the glaucoma cases secondary to silicone oil migration into anterior chamber by a treatment as silicone oil removal from it Methods:Following vitrectomy and silicone oil injection,silicone oil floated into anterior chamber in 6 phakic eyes Healon is instilled into the eye at 12 oclock position to facilitate silicone oil aspiration through 6 oclock limbal-corneal incision In the case with zonular dehiscence over 2 hour on the click involved,a peripheral iridectomy is performed at 6 oclock position at the same time Results:Postoperatively,the intraocular pressure(IOP)is in normal range,silicone oil aise in good position and the retinas remain attached There is no other complications except for mild corneal opacity in one case Conclusions:Healon injection into anterior chamber remove silicone oil from it,with or without a peripheral iridectomy is a very effective procedure dealing with the phakic eyes of glaucoma arisen from silicone oil enter anterior chamber it suggests less trauma experienced and a lower expenditure compared with other treatments
