摘要
目的 探讨穿透角膜移植术治疗角膜营养不良的疗效。方法 对穿透角膜移植术治疗角膜营养不良30例进行回顾性研究 ,分析其临床特点及手术效果。结果 术后视力比术前明显提高 ,未发现术后排斥反应 ,3例患者发生了原发角膜病变复发。
Objective To study clinical effect of penetrating keratoplasty in the treatment of corneal dystrophy.Methods Thirty patients with corneal dystrophy were enrolled in this study.Clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Results Visual acuity after keratoplasty increased significantly and no rejection occurred in these patients.Corneal lesion recurrence occurred in 3 cases.Conclusion Pen etrating keratoplasty is an effective method in treatment of corneal dystrophy.
