摘要
研究了单向加压扩散焊和热等静压扩散焊两种焊接工艺 ,在较低温度下 (6 80℃ ) ,实现了聚晶金刚石复合片与碳化钨支柱的高强度连接 (接头抗剪强度 ζb≈ 5 0 0 MPa) ,满足了 PDC钻头的使用要求。
The two welding procedures-single direction pressure diffusion welding and heat isostatic pressure diffusion welding are studied in the paper. High strength joining (shear strength of joint ζ b≈500MPa) of composite pieces of polycrystalline diamond with tungsten-carbide was realized, which meets the reqirements of PDC drill bits at rather lower temperature (680℃).
