摘要
采用^(14)C同位素示踪和细胞计数法,测定了海水中聚生角毛藻Chaetoceros socialis在不同温度、不同营养盐的N∶P比值下的生长速率,分析了聚生角毛藻的生长速率和最大比生长速率、半饱和常数,建立了聚生角毛藻生长的动力学模式,并分析了环境因子对该藻的影响。
The growth rates of Chaetoceros socialis at various temperatures and N/P ratios in seawater were determined using 14C labelling technique and by cell counting. The sp,ecific growth rate, maximum growth rate and the half-saturation constant for the growth of the species were analized. The kinetic model for the growth of the alga was established and the effects of environmental factors on the growth of the alga were discussed.
