磷酸盐与聚生角毛藻的生长和光合作用速率的关系 被引量:3

摘要 对厦门港浮游植物优势种聚生角毛藻(Chaetoceros socialis)采用^(14)C同位素示踪和显微镜细胞计数对照比较,研究了不同浓度的磷酸盐对海藻生长的影响,分析了聚生角毛藻生长过程中各种形态磷的相互转化。不同氮磷比值对藻类生长影响的实验表明:N/P比值在4-30范围内光合作用速率较高,最佳N/P为16:1。 Effects of phosphate on the growth of Chaetoceros socialis, the dominant species in Xiamen Bay were studied by means of 14C isotopic tracer experiment and microscopic counting. Transformation between various forms of phosphorous were analysed during the growth period of the alga. The optimum period for growth of Chaetoceros socialis incubation is from the 3rd to the 6th day. There is a maximum photosynlhetic rale in medium trophic level of phogphate(50 ppb) in 14C tracer study. The result was confirmed by microscopic observation on the increasing tales of cell densities. DIP was absorbed by the alga rapidly in the first two days, and DOP was continuously released during the whole incubation period. Phytoplankton grew very well in the medium with N/P ranged between 4-30, The optimum ratio of N to P was determined as 16:1,
