文章阐述了查新工作在科研工作中应起的作用 ,同时探讨了查新咨询工作要想能够存在下去 ,更好地为科研服务 。
This paper expounds that search and consultation work should react on science research work.At the same time,it discusses if the search and consultation work can exist and service better for science and research work it must have homologous precondition.
