摘要
文章分析了 90年代我国对国外信息政策研究的特点 ,叙述了其发展状况 ,总结了国外信息政策研究对我国信息政策的影响 。
Slightly introducing(1990～1993),largely introducing and summing and analyzing(1994～1997),the summary of theory are three periodical characteristics of study on foreign information policy in China.In 1990s,the fruits of theory on foreign information policy have six aspects:information politic environment,information politic aim,management system,information political content and parallel between china and other counties.Foreign information policy has quite an influence on theory and practice on information policy in china.Aspects to be improved included the combination of information policy and practical transformation.
