摘要
从患典型"突眼病"金鱼的眼球、肝脏中,分别分离出E-01和L-01菌,经人工感染试验确认E-01菌为该病的致病菌.该菌菌体大小为(1.0～1.5)μm×(1.5～2.3)μm,革兰氏阴性,无鞭毛;触酶阳性,氧化酶、硫化氢、吲哚、蔗糖、赖氨酸脱羧酶、鸟氨酸脱羧酶、精氨酸双水解酶等阴性.根据其生理生化特性确定为鲁氏不动杆菌(Acinebobacterlwoffi).药敏试验结果表明:其对先锋霉素V、卡那霉素、多粘菌素B、复方新诺明、庆大霉素、链霉素、新霉素等药物敏感.
Two pathogenic bacteria of E-01 and L-01 strains were isolated from the eyes and livers of goldfish which suffered from the exophthalmic disease.By the test of artificial injection,we could draw a conclusion that the isolated E-01 is the pathogen of exophthalmic disease.The E-01 bacterium was gramnegative,measured 1.0～1.5μm in width and 1.5～2.3μm in length and nonmobile;catalase reaction was positive;oxidase reaction,H2S,indole,sucrose,lysine,ornithine and arginine were negative.According to the physiological and biochemical characteristics of E-01 strain,the isolate was identified as Acinebobacter lwoffi.The drug sensitivity test showed that the isolated strain was sensitive to CephalothinV,Kanamycin,PolymyxinB,Trimethoprin/Sulfamethoxazole,Gentamicin,Streptomycin,Neomycin.
