IL-2和PHA对淋巴细胞穿孔素溶血活性及相关因子的影响

摘要 目的 :了解IL - 2和PHA对外周血淋巴细胞 (L)穿孔素 (PFP)溶血活性的影响及作用途径。方法 :检测了L在rIL - (1 0 0 0u/ml)和PHA -P 2 μg/ml刺激下的PFP的溶血百分率及IL - 1 β和IL - 6浓度。 结果 :IL - 2使PBMC的PFP溶血百分率降低 ,IL - 6分泌减少 ;PHA使PFP溶血百分率升高 ,IL - 6分泌增加 ,IL - 1 β减少。结果表明IL - 2和PHA对PBMC的PFP溶血活性的影响不同 ,且对IL - β和IL - 6分泌的影响也不相同。 结论 Objective:To explore the effects of IL-2 and PHA on the hemolytic activity of lymphocyte pore-forming protein(PFP)and the mechanisms Methods:The hemolysis rate of PFP and the concentration of IL-1 β and IL-6 were respectively determined after the lymphocytes were stimulated with 1000u/ml rIL-2 and 2ug/ml PHA-P Results:After IL-2 stimulation,the hemolysis rate of PFP and IL-6 level declined After PHA-P stimulation,the hemolysis rate of PFP and IL-6 level increased but IL-1 β level declined Conclusion:Both IL-2 and PHA are activators for lymphocytes but the mechanisms and effects of them on the hemolysis rate of PFP,IL-2 and IL-6 are different
