摘要
目的 通过对烧冻复合伤模型建立的研究 ,为烧冻复合伤实验性研究提供有效的依据。方法 在寒区野外不同的气候条件下 ,制作烧伤后再冻伤实验家兔模型 ,观察创伤局部及全身病变过程 ,用电镜观察形态学变化。结果 烧冻伤模型适宜的条件是气温 - 2 2~ - 2 4℃、风力 4~ 5级、相对湿度 75 % ,造成浅Ⅱ度烧伤的混合燃料烧灼的时间为 15s ,造成Ⅱ度冻伤的时间为 8~ 10h ,烧冻复合伤后临床表现为局部僵硬 ,创面肿胀明显 ,周围水泡形成 ,皮肤呈紫褐色 ,肢体僵直 ,组织形态表现为创面干瘪 ,显著的水肿及广泛的组织细胞凝固性坏死。结论 寒区自然环境下制作的烧冻复合伤的模拟 ,能较好的模型人体战时或平时的野外烧冻复合伤 。
Objective To provide effective data for the experimental study of combined burn cold inury by setting up its animal models.Methods The experimental rabbits were burned and then frozen under different conditions of the cold area in the wild,so that the combined burn cold modeis were set up.The local and systematic pathological differences,including histological and morphological changes,were observed.Results The fit conditions for setitng up such modeis invoived in temperature of -22~24℃,wind scale of 4~5 degrees and relative humidity of 75%,in which superficial Ⅱ degree burn (by mixed fuel) and Ⅱ degree cold injury were caused in 15 seconds and in 8~10h respectively.The manifestations of combined burn cold injury consisted of local rigidity,swelling,surrounding vesicles,purple skin and moveless limbs.Morphological changes.such as shrunken surface,significant edema,and histiocytic coagulation and necrosis,were found.Conclusion The findings show that the combined burn cold injury models,made under the condition of the cold area,couid perfectiy imitate combined burn cold injury of human body in actual combat in the field so that they act as good data for fundamental and clinical research on the disorder.
