细胞松驰素B诱导栉孔扇贝产生三倍体的研究 被引量:20

摘要 本实验用细胞松驰素B(CB)抑制栉孔扇贝Chlamys(Azumapecten) farreri(Jones & Preston)第一极体的排出产生三倍体。抑制第一极体排出的最佳时间是在卵子受精后10min。25℃下,卵子受精后10min,0.05ppm的CB持续处理20min,获得了50%的三倍体。23℃下,卵子受精后10min,0.1ppm的CB持续处理15min,得到了39%的三倍体。 In this experiment, Cytochalasin B was used to induce 1 pb-triploidy in Chlamys farreri(Jones and Prestion). The best time of inhibition of the first polar body is 10 min after fertilization. At 25℃, treatment for 20 min duration 10 min after fertilization resulted in 50% triploidy of scallops in the 0.05mg CB/0.1 ml DMSO/L sea water Cytochalasin B treatment group. At 23℃, treatment for 15 min duration 10 min after fertilization resulted in 39% triploidy of scallops in the 0.1 mg CB/0.1ml DMSO/L sea water Cytochalasin B treatment group.
