介绍了低阻抗标准直流毫伏源的设计思路,对整机的不确定度进行了定量分析,给出了样机的测试结果。
In this article it introduces that design thinking of low output impediment mV source.Uncertainty of the mV source will be analysed.Results of measurement will be shown.
