文章探讨一种适合于热电偶校准用的可程控直流标准毫伏源的设计方法,该毫伏源具有0.1 mV、1 mV、10 mV、100 mV和1 V五个量程,量程间可任意切换,最高分辨率可达1μA。
A method of designing standard programmable DC millivolt source used for thermocouple calibration is discussed.The millivolt source has 0.1mV,1mV,10mV,100mV and 1V range.Ranges can switch back and forth with the maximum resolution rate of up to 1μA.
