摘要
作者针对Ni基催化剂上苯经H2 O2 直接氧化制苯酚的实验条件 ,采用正交试验设计方法 ,对影响苯酚收率的因素进行了优化设计和实验 ,用正交表L2 5( 5 6 )来安排实验 .对实验中的6个因素 :反应时间、氨水用量、过氧化氢用量、反应温度、催化剂用量和苯用量 ,各作了 5个水平的考察 ,找到一个该条件下的最优方案 .采用最优化方案进行的实验证明 ,优化所得的这个方案的确是最优方案 .对反应后的催化剂用 3种不同的处理方式处理后再测活性 ,发现催化剂经使用并分离产物后 ,其活性有所下降 ,但可通过氢气还原再生 ,再生后的催化剂的效果与新鲜的催化剂相差不大 ,证明Ni/γ Al2 O3
L 25 (5 6) orthogonal design was used to optimize the experimental parameters for the direct hydroxylation of benzene by hydrogen peroxide over Ni based catalyst. The six factors chosen for test are as the following, the reaction time, the amount of ammonia used, the amount of hydrogen peroxide used, reaction temperature, the amount of catalyst and benzene used, each with five levels. The result of the experiment carried out using the optimized conditions confirms that orthogonal design is really a perfect one for optimality catalyzed reaction conditions. The used catalyst was treated in three ways to test its sustainability. The results show that the used catalyst could be regenerated by H 2 reduction and its activity is nearly as good as that of the fresh one. It identifies that Ni/ γ Al 2O 3 catalyst has a good sustainability.
