摘要
本文运用系统工程原理,系统论述了地下水合理开发、管理和地面沉降系统控制,这对沿海地区地面沉降控制起到重要的作用。
Because of the threatening of global 'greenhouse effects', the control o-surface subsidence is of very important practical and strategic significance in coastal areas where the land is low and flat in natural environmental geological condition and which have a large-scale economic construction and devf elopment of harbours and industrial cities. This paper makes a systematic discussion on reasonable development and management of groundwater and on systematic control of surface subsidence.
