摘要
目的 :探讨在腭裂语音治疗过程中 ,心理因素对语音发育及其治疗效果的影响。方法 :对 6 3例接受语音治疗的腭裂患者及其家长进行问卷调查 ,并对调查结果和治疗效果的关系进行分析。结果 :心理基本正常者 2 1例 ,其中 19例语音恢复正常 ,2例语音恢复欠佳 ;轻度心理障碍者 40例 ,其中 2 3例语音恢复正常 ,14例语音恢复欠佳 ,3例仍存在明显的语音障碍 ;重度心理障碍者 2例 ,均存在明显的语音障碍。结论 :心理障碍对腭裂语音发育和治疗效果有明显的影响。
Objective:The aim of this study was to evaluate the influences of psychological factors on the speech development and treatment outcome.Methods:The parents of 63 patients of cleft lip and palate who had speech treatments was investigated through the method of questionnaires.The relationships of psychological results and treatment effects were analyzed.Results:In 21 patients who had normal psychological state there were 19 cases successful speech treatment effects. In 40 patients who had minor psychological disability there were 23 cases normal speech results. In 2 serious psychological disability the patients all had speech disability.Conclusions:Psychological disability influenced the results of speech development and treatment outcome.
