摘要
用紫萁孢子粉 ,在试验苗床上进行孢子体幼苗培育过程中 ,运用优良培养基质、塑料小拱棚保湿 ,初期分别用 2、4-D、GA35 0mg/L喷施 ,原叶体与幼苗形成阶段用 1‰磷酸二氢钾浇施以及对基质水分、棚内的相对湿度、温度、光照的监测等措施依发育阶段而进行调控 ,结果表明 :紫萁孢子粉 3g/m2 ,可出孢子体幼苗 3 0 0 0株以上 ,同时加速了孢子萌发。
According to the stage of its development ,the author takes a series of measures to adjust and control the growth of Osmund japonica using spore powder of Osmund japonica ;utilixing the excellent cultivated base texture and small plastic both to preserve moisture ;spraying 2.4-D ,GA 3 50mg/l respectively during its early days ;spray 1‰KH 2PO 4 during the shaping stage of original foliage and seeding and monitoring the water base texture ,the relative moisture of the air ,temperature ,sunshine in the booth .It turns out that the 3?g spore powder of Osmund japonica per square metres can produce over 3,000 sporophyte seedlings ,and at the same time the progress of spore sprouting ,original foliage forming and sporophyte seedling forming is accelerated .
