妊娠肝内胆汁瘀积症妇女表皮生长因子水平的研究

摘要 目的 :探讨妊娠肝内胆汁瘀积症 (ICP)妇女表皮生长因子 (EGF)的变化及其两者之间的关系。方法 :采用双抗体夹心ABC -Elisa法测定 3 6例ICP妇女血清及胎儿脐静脉血清EGF浓度 ,并与正常妊娠妇女 3 5例进行对照分析。结果 :ICP组孕妇血清EGF浓度及胎儿脐静脉血清EGF浓度均低于对照组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。ICP组胎儿脐静脉血中EGF浓度有随胎儿体重降低而下降的趋势 ,但差异无显著性。ICP组及对照组孕妇血清EGF水平与胎儿脐静脉血清EGF水平比较 ,差异无显著性 (P>0 0 5 )。结论 :ICP妇女所发生的IUGR与孕妇血清及胎儿血中EGF降低有关。 Objective To study the relationship of epidermal growth factor (EGF) with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP). Mathods EGF concentration in maternal and fetal blood from 36 ICP cases and 35 healthy women in their late pregnancy were determined by ABC-Elisa method.Results Both EGF concentrations of maternal and fetal blood from ICP group were significantly lower than that from control group(P<0 05). There was a tendency that neonatal birth weights were gradually reduced accompanying with EGF levels lowered in ICP group, but no significance was detected. No significant difference was found when comparing maternal to fetal blood EGF levels in both groups(P>0 05). Conclusions There was a relationship between IUGR of ICP women and EGF level lowed both maternal and fetal blood. [
