摘要 为探讨表皮生长因子 (EGF)与女性不孕的关系 ,用放射免疫法测定血清、尿液、子宫内膜、宫颈粘液的 EGF。结果显示不孕组血清、尿液 EGF均明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 0 1 ) ;不孕组子宫内膜 EGF明显低于对照组 (P<0 .0 0 1 ) ;不孕组与对照组宫颈粘液 EGF无显著性差异。说明 EGF与女性不孕症有关系 ,不孕症患者血清 EGF呈高水平 ,而子宫内膜中 WT5BZ] To study the relationship between epidermal growth factor (EGF) and female reproductive function, the epidermal growth factor in serum,urine,endometriun and cervical mucus was detected by immunofluorescence technique. The results showed the level of EGF in serum and urine were significantly higher in infertile women than that in the control group ( P <0.001); the level of EGF in endometnium was significantly lower in infertile women than that in the control group ( P <0.001) ; there was no significant difference on the EGF level in cervical mucus between the infertile group and the control group. This study indicates that the EGF could affect the female reproductive function; high level of EGF in serum and low level in endometrium may be one of the causes of women infertility.
