摘要
在中药抗疟实验研究中证实芜荑具有抗疟作用后,对芜荑的化学成分作了进一步提取,在动物疟疾模型上亲脂性提取物C对P.vinckei、亲脂性提取物C的Rf=0.2层析组分对P.yulli以及Rf=0和Rf=0.27的两个组分对人工培养P.falciparum等三种疟原虫均有明显抗疟作用。提示芜荑是一种有研究前途的抗疟中药。
The antimalarial effect of Pasta Ulmi has been proved by animal experiments. The chemical composition of this herb were further extracted. Results showed that the whole lipophil C and its fraction Rf=0.2 have effect on p. vinekei and p. yuelli in animal model;the fraction Rf=0 and Rf=0.27 on p. falciparum in culture. Pasta Ulmi is worth studying further for it's antimalarial effect.
