摘要
通过对优良菌株进行筛选和配方试验选择,采用熟料袋栽、两次接种和二区制等工艺,研究一套稻草栽 培草菇的高产技术,并进行规模推广,其生物转化率稳定在40％以上。
The method of high-yielding cultivation for Volvariella volvacea was studied by adopting bag cultivation with two-time inoculation and two-zone system, and high qualified strains and suitable formula of media was selected. The biological efficiency was over 40 percent by this method.
