摘要
本文采用受感染细胞传代法,于国内首先从散发性脑炎患者脑脊液中分离出两株病毒。经电镜形态观察、滤过试验、核酸型试验、氯仿敏感性试验、痘斑试验及交互中和试验确定两株病毒为单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型。
This paper describes that two strains of virus have been first isolated from CSF of patients with sporatic encephalitis by infected-cell passaging method in China. The two strains haw been identifed as HSV-1 by morphology in electron microscopy, filtration test, determination of nucleic acid type, chloroform sensitivity, pox plaque on the chorioallantoic membrance of chick embryo egg, and cross-neutralization test.
