摘要
聚丙烯酰胺梯度凝胶板经95%、100%乙醇脱水,然后可以经过两种方式处理:①自然干燥,再挂上一层火棉胶。②脱水后,流水冲至透明,再经二甲苯脱去一部分剩余水分,自然干燥。得到的干板可以长期保存。而透明后的干板又可制成幻灯片,供实验、教学等方面用。此法也可用于保存单一浓度的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶板。
A polyacrylamide gradient gel dehydrated by 95% and 100% ethanol can be treated with two methods: ① Following dehydration, gel was dried under natural condition and then covered with collodin. ② Dehydrated gel was washed with tap water till transparentness and thereafter redehydrated by xylene and dried under natural condition. Using above methods, gel can be preserved for a long time and the transparent one can be used to make slide which can be applied in research and teaching. These methods can be also used to preserve a polyacrylamide gel of single concentration.
