摘要
提出了一种多进制可逆计数器和步进电动机通用型环形脉冲分配器的新颖设计思想。基于这一思想所设计的多相电机环形脉冲分配器可以实现九相以下相数的步进电动机以及同一相数不同通电方式的步进电动机驱动脉冲分配,同时也完全可以实现多台电机的同步传动控制,且具有过流、过压、过热保护和转动原点信号输出等功能。
A new idea of designing multi-code up-down counter and universal hybrid stepping motor phase sequencer is presented in this paper. 9-phase stepping motor phase sequencer based on this new idea can be used to control stepping motors less than 9-phase or a fixed phase number stepping motor operated under different exciting modes. It is also applicable to the control of multi-stepping motors synchronous operation. The universal phase sequencer has the characteristics of over current, over voltage and over heat protection.
