摘要
介绍一种由光电码盘做传感器的位置检测、控制电路的设计。针对光电码盘输出的三路信号 A、B 和 Z 脉冲,设计了脉冲整形、判向专门电路和清零电路,并用双向可逆计数器准确记录了与码盘关联的电机轴的位置。输出控制的对象为速度单元或变频调速系统。
This paper introduces the design idea and concrete circuit of the board for position detecting and control taking optical encoder as sensor. Aim at the encoder output signal A, B and Z pulse, design a specialized electric circuit for the pulse shaping and turning direction judge and the counter resetting, record the accurate position of the motor axis associated with the encoder by a reversible counter. The control object is a speed unit or variable-frequency variable-speed system.
