樱桃叶片对PP333吸收、运转及分配规律的研究 被引量:4

Studies on the Uptake of ^(14)C-Paclobutrazol(^(14)C-PP333) Through Leaf and Its Translocation in Cherry Trees

摘要 利用^(14)C的同位素示踪技术,结合观察定位施用PP333后樱桃植株营养生长的反应,研究了樱桃叶片对PP333的吸收、运转及分配规律。试验结果表明,叶片不仅能大量地吸收药物,而且可以大量地迅速向外运转,8天中吸收量和运转量分别占施用量的87.7%和81.8%。吸收量和运转量的变化与时间的相关均为高度的渐近曲线相关,相关方程分别为:Y=93.0-84.8(0.987)~x和Y=86.0-79.1(0.986)~x。 The uptake of^(14)C-PP333 through leaf and its translocation in plant tissues of cherry trees (Prunus pseudocerasus Lindle) were investigated. The isotopic techniques were used. The effect of paclobutrazol applied to different parts of nursery trees on growth rate was also observed.The radioactivity in the leaf surface residues decreased rapidly,especially during the first 1~2 days,while it remained nearly constant in the labbeled leaf (dose: 107.3×10~2Bq),indicating that a comparable quantity of PP333 was exported from the leaf to the other parts of the plant.The absorption of PP333 by the leaf was quick and was taken mainly in the first days after application. The rate of absorption and export by the leaf related closely to the exposure time with an asymetotic curve. The equations are: Y=93.0-84.8(0.987)~x and Y=86.0-79.1(0.986)~x,respectively.Autoradiograph of seedlings treated on a single leaf(dose:107.3×10~3Bq)showed that not only PP333 was transported acropetally to the tip, but also moved basipetally to the roots.The shoot extension growth were reducted following the treatment of matured leave, confirming again that PP333 could be expoted from the labbeled leave to other parts of the plant.
