Studies on the Translocation of ^(14)C—paclobutrazol(^(14)C—PP333) Applied on the Stem of Cherry Trees

摘要 利用^(14)C 的同位素示踪技术,通过宏观自显影法和测量法观察^(14)C 的分布,研究了樱桃茎吸收的 PP333在植株中的运转方向和途径.结果表明,地上部施用的 PP333,不仅能经木质部随蒸腾流向上运转,到达枝端,也可经韧皮部向下运转,累积在根中. The translocation of ^(14)C—PP333 absorbed by stem in plant tissues of cherry trees(Prunus pseudocerasus Lindle)were investigated,with the isotopic techniques.Autoradiograph of seedlings treated on young stem(dose:21.42×10~4Bq)showed thatnot only the PP333 was transported acropetaily through xylem,but also moved basipetallyto the roots through the phloem.^(14)C—PP333 was found in the phloem separated from thexylem after the growth was terminated,confirming again that paclobutrazol may move bothupright to the growing point through xylem with transpiration and downward throughphloem with assimilates and accumulate in roots.
