摘要
分析了B2B电子商务系统的现状，介绍了移动Agent技术和协作信息技术，并将二者结合实现了面向协作信息系统的中间件。在这个中间件的基础上，构造了一个B2B协作电子商务系统，并对该系统的结构、工作原理进行了说明。最后，该文给出了实现系统的方法，并提出了进一步的工作。
This paper analyses the present situation of B2B systems. It introduces mobile agent and cooperation information technology, then implements a middleware oriented cooperation information system. Based on this middleware, it presents a B2B system and also describes its architecture and principles. At the end, the paper introduces the development methods for the system and related future work.
