摘要
分析和比较了Web技术和移动Agent技术在电子商务上应用的优缺点 ,介绍了对移动Agent技术及基于移动Agent技术的电子商务进行的研究和尝试 :移动Agent环境Mogent系统及在Mogent基础上的一个电子商务模型emarket .Mogent系统在结构化迁移机制、分层多模式的通信框架以及完善的安全体系结构上具有鲜明的特点 ,在其上进行的emarket模型是一个开放式的电子商务系统模型 ,可看出移动agent技术为电子商务应用提供了一种非常灵活和有效的基础架构 ,并且在主动信息发布、信息的检索和获取、交易的磋商和谈判、磋商的安全保证等方面给出了有效的支持 .该模型充分展示了移动agent技术用于电子商务系统构建时的开放性、灵活性和网络适应性等优势 .
During the past decade, Internet has emerged as an appliance of everyday life, accessible from almost every point on the planet. It is changing classic business and economic paradigms also. Electronic commerce, the new model of commercial interaction based on the Internet, is growing more and more important for businesses. Accompanying its development, the EC solutions based on web technology become the most successful and popular solutions among the various systems because of its ease of being built and employed. After analyzing the web technology thoroughly, people find that the static structure of web based EC solutions will become a disadvantage to the development of the electronic commerce. This pitfall comes from the lack of system flexibility, information activity and network availability due to the solidification of server functions, negative web information and remote interaction of client/server. So, it is necessary to adopt a more dynamic architecture to build an EC system. Fortunately, mobile agent technology, a new promising distributed computing technology with many advantages such as improved locality of reference, ability to represent disconnected users, flexibility, and customization, is a very appealing solution to this kind of systems. Based on the above analysis, this paper introduces some research and experiments on the mobile agent system and its application in constructing an electronic commerce system. Our work includes a mobile agent system -Mogent and an electronic commerce model - eMarket. Mogent system , a self?designed mobile agent environment, represents its characteristics as follows: structured migration mechanism, Multimode hierarchical communication framework and its systematic security architecture. The emarket, a Mogent based experimental electronic commerce model with an open architecture, shows that the mobile agent technology provides an effective and flexible infrastructure for electronic commerce system in active massage advertising, information retrieving, security negotiation and so on. Although our work now just discuss some key problems and implemented our base infrastructure, we believe that mobile agent technology will play a more and more important role in the future electronic commerce society with its openness, flexibility and network adaptability.
