摘要
分析测定了三叶木通果中VitaminC、粗蛋白质、还原糖和总糖含量 ,以及氨基酸组成和含量 .结果表明 :1 0 0g鲜果肉中VitaminC、粗蛋白质、还原糖和总糖的含量分别为 1 0 8mg ,1 .0 7g ,1 0 .2g和 1 4 .9g ;所测 1 7种氨基酸总量为81 8.5mg 1 0 0g ,其中含有 7种人体必需氨基酸为 2 98.4mg 1 0 0g ,占氨基酸总量的 36 .5 % .
The amino acids and other nutritious components in the Akebia trifoliata koidz were determined.The results showed the total sugar were 14.9?g,the reduction sugar was 10.2?g,the crude protein was1.07?g and the Vitamin C was 108?mg in freshtruites of 100?g;Thet there are 17 kinds of amino acids were 818.5?mg/100?g,the content of seven essential amino acids were 298.4?mg/100?g,in all amino acid was 36.5%.
