摘要
介绍了磁性金属 绝缘体颗粒薄膜的结构特征与电阻率的关系 ,评述了作为磁传感器件、高密度记录介质和读出磁头潜在应用相关的磁阻效应、巨霍尔效应、高矫顽力特性 .
The relations of resistivity in Magnetic metallic-insulator granular thin films on structure are introduced in this paper. Giant Magnetic Resistance (GMR), Giant Hall Effect (GHE) and high coercivity in these films are also presented. These properties made Magnetic metallic granular thin films a good candidate for using in the fields of magnetic sensors, high density recording media and read out magnetic head.
