介绍了巨磁电阻效应的概念以及巨磁电阻材料在磁传感器、高密度读出磁头、磁性随机存储器等领域的应用.
The giant magnetoresistive effect is introduced in this paper, including the giant magnetoresistance materials and their applications to magnetoresistance sensor, read head for high density magnetic recording, magnetic random access memory and so on.
