摘要
目的 了解小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌强毒力岛在产毒性大肠杆菌中的分布,以便于进一步深入研究毒力岛在大肠杆菌中的结构的完整性和功能。方法PCR扩增和原位杂交及基因序列分析。结果 在检测的93株产毒性大肠杆菌(ETEC)的毒力岛的检出率为 32.25%(32/93),而且这些阳性菌株中的毒力岛大部分连接到 asntRNA(天门冬氨酸tRNA)位点。结论 产毒性大肠杆菌是致病性较强的病原菌之一,而小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌强毒力岛在产毒性大肠杆菌中阳性率较高的分布.
Objective To detect the 'High Pathogenicitv Island 'of Yersinia enterocolitica WA in E. coli, as it is the foundation of its structure and function studying. Methods polymerase chain reaction(PCR), nucleic acid hybridization in situ and DNA sequencing were used. Result The irp2 and fyua genes of Yen HPI were investigated in ETEC strains, among of them, 32 strains were isolated from 93 ETEC strains, in most of these isolates, the HPI bordered by an asntRNA Locus, as in Yersinia sp. Conclusion ETEC is one of the pathogenicity bacterica and many of them baboring the HPI of Yen, It is important to study the structure and function of the HPI and virulent changes in E. coil, even more virulence evolution and regulation of virulence genes.
