摘要
分析了我国石油消费的趋势 ,结合国情对国外石油战略储备模式进行了分析并做出了取舍。
By analyzing the trends of oil consumption in China and referring to the models for oil strategic reserve in other countries,a specific model is designed for oil strategic reserve in China.
