摘要
文中从石油资源配置、石油石化业的发展、石油开发中中央与地方关系问题、石油产业政府规制、石油产业可持续发展、石油储备以及石油产地石油产业发展等方面,对国内外石油产业研究现状进行了综合评述,指出,目前国内有关石油产业的研究现状,总体来讲,系统性不强,缺少从产业链角度的系统研究,缺少对石油产业产业链各环节的内部结构、产业链各环节的组织协调以及产业链各利益主体的行为动机、行为方式等方面深入系统研究。基于此,本文提出,今后针对石油产业,需进一步从石油产业的整体和产业链方面进行深入研究。
The paper analysised the conditions of the study of the petroleum industry at home and abroad from the following aspects, they are the allocation of petroleum resources , the development of petrochemical industry , the relations of the central and local among the petroleum exploring, government reg- ulation on petroleum industry, the sustainable development of the petroleum industry, petroleum reserves and the development of petroleum industry in origin and it pointed out that the current domestic study on pe- troleum industry, the whole, systemic not strong, and the lack of the study of industrial chain from the perspective of the system, lack of the internal structure of the industry chain, the organization and coordination of all sectors of the industry chain as well as in-depth research of the main motives, behavior of the interests. Based on this, the paper proposed that the in-depth study on industrial chain of petroleum industry be carried out in the future.
